ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 153(A), 120(b) IPC r/w 15 (c), 17, 18, 19 and 20 of Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act 1967, r/w 25 (1) (a) of Arms Act 1959 in Crime No.46 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was a member of 'Whats App' group that had anti-national over tones. But, it is seen that some of the co-accused were granted bail by the Court below. The petitioner is not having any bad antecedents. No overt act is also attributed against him. The petitioner is a student.

4. Taking note of this aspect, he is permitted to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and apply for regular bail. The learned jurisdictional Magistrate shall take note of these aspects and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
