ORDER

The petitioner was granted statutory bail on 01.03.2018. A condition was imposed to the effect that he will report before the respondent daily at 10.00 A.M.,. But the said condition was not complied with. Therefore, the respondent has moved the Special Court for cancellation of bail. In the meanwhile, this petition for modification has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had contracted a serious infection in his kidney. He has also produced medical records in support of his contention. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Madurai.

before the Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Madurai on all working days.
