Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.All that the petitioner wants is numbering and disposal of the application filed by him for restoration of the petition mentioned O.A.No.24 of 2003.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader states that the copy of the application is not available on the file of the respondent. 4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application for restoration. Immediately, after it is filed, the same will be numbered and after service is completed, it will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law. In any event, the respondent herein shall not take more than four months for disposal of the restoration application.
