The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice in Letter Ref. No.SCN/310797415/21 dated 24.03.2020 passed by the first respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the first respondent to reissue the passport to the petitioner forthwith based on his application in File No.MD2073332104521 dated 18.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court 2/4

to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
