For Appellant in : Mr.K.Balasundaram both C.M.SAs for M/s.C.Jeya Prakash For Respondent in both C.M.SAs : M/s.G.Mariappan COMMON JUDGMENT These appeals are filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 22.02.2024 passed in H.M.C.M.A.Nos.14 and 15 of 2023 by the learned Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 04.03.2023 passed in H.M.O.P.Nos.14 and 15 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would state that just now Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.22378 and 22380 of 2024 are quashed by this Court based on the compromise petition.

4.A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant that all the proceedings pending between them are set at rest and the appellant is accepting the judgment and decree passed in H.M.O.P.Nos.14 and 15 of 2021, dated 04.03.2023. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these appeals. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, these appeals stand dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 18.12.2024 Ns NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet::Yes/No
