ORDER

This Criminal Revision has been filed to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3078 of 2017 in C.C.No.101 of 2006 dated 07.05.2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and allow this revision petition.

2. According to the petitioner he filed petition before the trial Court for sending the disputed documents to the forensic lab for expert opinion and the same was dismissed against which filed this petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respondent represented that already the main case itself was disposed of by the trial court on 25.10.2021 and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. This Court also perused the case diary through online status report and it shows that C.C. No. 101 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor was disposed on 25.10.2021.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and considering that the main case itself disposed of by the learned Magistrate this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
