*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2018, received on 08.06.2018, before implementing the project of formation of drainage channel and paver block road in Thiruppathy Nagar First Street, K.Sevalpatty Village, Kariapatty, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner, who is stated to be a resident of Thiruppathy Nagar First Street in K.Sevalpatty Village, Kariapatty, Virudhunagar District, has submitted a representation dated 07.06.2018, before the first respondent. The said representation, till date, remains unanswered.

3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4. Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, informs that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2018 will be considered by the first respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame, that may be fixed by this Court.

5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent herein and the outcome of the representation of the petitioner shall be intimated to the petitioner. No costs.
