ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR in respect of the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2022 in CSR.No.164 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police station by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.02.2022.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondent police on 14.02.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation dated 14.02.2022 after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
