O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 25.02.2016 and initiate necessary action in accordance with law within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.62 of 2015 for the offences under Section 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C. and as a counter blast, this petitioner has given the present complaint dated 25.02.2016 and the said complaint has been sent by post.

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the respondent and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 25.02.2016 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.
