Respondents Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to strictly instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 19.06.2018, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to strictly instruct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members, by considering his representation, dated 19.06.2018, in accordance with law, within the time limit to be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, various criminal cases are pending against the petitioner's son and P.T.Warrant was issued against him and subsequently, the same was re-called. Further, a warrant was issued against him by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, on 22.06.2018, in connection with a case in Crime No.233 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 454 and 380 IPC. Therefore, in the light of the above, the petitioner's son has been under the surveillance of the third respondent police.

3.In the above said background and considering the pendency of the cases against the petitioner's son, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to redress his grievance.
