This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give proper instruction to the 2nd respondent to conduct a proper enquiry in complaint in CSR No.120 of 2025 and thereby consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that based on the petitioner's representation, enquiry is pending before the respondent police in CSR No.120 of 2025 and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry in CSR No.120 of 2025 within a period of one week from the date of this order in accordance with law. 2/4
