This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.1 of 2016, pending on the file of the first respondent police, for alleged offences under Sections 408, 471 and 477 A IPC by allowing this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that after enquiry, a charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Tirunelveli. 3.In the light of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
