ORDER
This revision has been filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1580 of 2018 in M.C.No.1 of 2015, dated 25.01.2019 on the file of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. This revision has been filed as against the attachment of his salary. After his demise, entire terminal benefits and family pension also paid to the respondents 2 to 4. Therefore, the relief sought for in the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
