For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.139/2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 17.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime No.139 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.02.2021, at about 11.45 am., when the defacto complainant's maternal uncle, returning his home, some unknown persons attacked him with deadly weapons. Due to which, the uncle of the defacto complainant died. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in custody from 17.02.20201. Therefore, he seeks bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner is having 14 previous cases.

5.Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
