ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.2647 of 2016 in M.C.No.22 of 2011, dated 23.10.2018 on the file of the learned Additional District cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, whereby dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C seeking for arrears of maintenance. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that now a sum of Rs.10,800/- has been attached from the salary of the respondent in order to pay monthly maintenance to the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is closed.
