respondent to 5th respondent for further investigation or any other competent authority.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction thereby transfer the investigation of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 08.03.2023 pending with the 4th respondent to 5th respondent for further investigation or any other competent authority.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that 5th respondent herein has taken over the investigation and apart from that One Man Commission was appointed by the First Bench of this Court.

3. Pending the above said process, the grievance of the petitioner is that defamatory posters have been posted in the above said area implicating the children of the petitioner aged about 12 and 13 years 2/5

as if they have committed the above said offence. Since the CBCID taken over the case and One Man Commission is going to make the enquiry, let this complaint also be placed before the CBCID and One Man Commission. There is no question of transfer of investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
