ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl MP.(MD). No.20057 of 2025 in Crl.RC (MD).No.1613 of 2025 dated on 16.12.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. This Court vide order dated 16.12.2025 in Crl MP.(MD). No. 20057 of 2025 in Crl.RC (MD).No.1613 of 2025, suspended the sentence imposed upon the petitioner on conditions. As per the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the trial Court on all working days regularly. Seeking to relax the condition, this petition is filed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court on dated 16.12.2025 in Crl MP.(MD). No.20057 of 2025 in Crl.RC (MD).No.1613 of 2025, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
