Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.UTHAYAKUMAR.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.KARUNANIDHI,Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the 1/3

petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4321 of 2024 by order dated 19.03.2024 in connection with R.C.No.229 of 2024 A 0002 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 25.03.2024 before the respondent police without any violation.

3. Considering that the offence is against the society, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
