ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.816 of 2019, dated 18.02.2019, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, whereby allowed the petition filed under Section 167(3) of Cr.P.C seeking police custody of the accused persons.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that charge-sheet has been filed as against the accused persons and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.2 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee. Therefore, the relief sought for in the revision petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
