Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.2461/A3/2019, dated 27.11.2019 and quash the same and consequent direction may be issued to the respondents to pay the monetary and service benefits for the period from 1.12.2008 to 8.3.2013 as Watchman in 4th respondent school. ORDER

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 31.01.2010 made in W.P.(MD) No.469 of 2020.

2.Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, as against the said order dated 30.01.2020 passed by the learned Judge, intra Court appeal has been filed in W.A.(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont. P(MD) No.580 of 2020 No.707 of 2020, where, an interim order of stay of the operation of the order of the Writ Court dated 30.01.2020 has been passed on 04.09.2020.

3.In view of the said order having been passed by the Division Bench, this contempt petition cannot be proceeded further as of now. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. However, after the disposal of the writ appeal referred to above, it is open to the petitioner to revive this contempt petition, if the need arises.
