ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition, under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of the condition, imposed on him by the learned Principle Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, vide order dated 29.01.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.301 of 2016, that he should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month from the date of his release.

2. Heard Mr.S.Moorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's two sons died on 12.02.2016 and therefore he seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the above fact, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, vide Order dated

29.01.2016, in Cr.M.P.No.301 of 2016, that the petitioner should report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month from the date of his release, is hereby completely relaxed.
