This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case against the accused on the representation dated 18.02.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.338 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 452, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.02.2016. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
