consequential impugned notice issued by the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/5058/2023 dated 02.02.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent No.1 to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner purchased the petition mentioned property vide sale deed dated 17.09.2012 registered on the file of the third respondent and kept as pending Document No.4208/2012. The document could not be released as the authority took the view that there has been undervaluation. Order under Section 47-A of the Stamp Act was passed by the second respondent on 04.08.2014. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 18.11.2018. The appeal is still pending. 3.The first respondent shall condone the delay and give a disposal to the appeal on merits and in accordance with law. 2014 order is now sought to be enforced by invoking the Revenue Recovery Act. The first respondent shall 2/4

pass final order on the petitioner's appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the impugned recovery proceedings shall be put on hold. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
