Seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.479 of 2015, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if 6 months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
