[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Alleging that the respondents 4 to 7 have encroached upon the public property, the petitioners made a representation dated

23.06.2018. It is stated that in pursuant to the representation, the Revenue Inspector made an inspection and found encroachment. However, no further action is forthcoming from the third respondent. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the submissions made and taking note of the representation dated 23.06.2018, we direct the third respondent to take action in accordance with law, after due notice to the petitioners as well as to the private respondents who allegedly encroached the public property. The aforesaid exercise will have to be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
