for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: It is seen from the records that this revision was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2019. Again it was restored on 29.06.2021 and again the revision was dismissed for default. Therefore, the petitioner filed another petition for restoration in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8155 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.135 of 2019. This Court, by an order dated 12.08.2022, dismissed the restoration petition. 2.In view of the above, there is no need pass any orders, since this revision is already dismissed by this Court.
