The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to forbear the respondents from in any way taking steps to evict the petitioner and his family members from his property situated in Door No.81, Anna Main Road, Adamanthai V. KarisalKulam, Madurai and issue patta by considering his representation dated 18.09.2015.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.09.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent within a stipulated time.
