ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7236 of 2018 in C.C.No.158 of 2018, dated 05.10.2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District, whereby dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 239 of Cr.P.C for discharge. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now charge-sheet have been framed as against the petitioners and the matter is posted for examination of L.W.1 to L.W.3 on 25.07.2023. Therefore, the relief sought for in the revision petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
