ORDER

This petition is filed seeking police protection on the basis of the representation dated 29.04.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 12.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based upon the enquiry, it was closed on 15.07.2021, due to the non cooperation of the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein. So, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the criminal complaint given by this petitioner has already been forwarded to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
