This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.03.2016, he was only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the respondent police. Further, the respondent did not interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner.
3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
