ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents herein to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.596/2020 maintained by the second respondent within a time frame by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has submitted his representation only on 26.03.2024 and the same would be placed for re-consideration in the next review meeting, which is scheduled to be held in the month of June or July, 2024.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner in the next review meeting. No costs.
