O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct "Valli Thirumana Drama" on the 6th day (07.04.2025) of the Temple Festival scheduled from 02.04.2025 to 11.04.2025 at Uruvatti Shri Periyanayaki Amman Temple, Kalayarkovil, Sivagangai.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.2 and 3 would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in respect of conducting the Festival and both the parties have no objection to conduct the Festival peacefully. As far as the conduct of the Drama is concerned, the Court has to pass appropriate Page No. 2 of 4

orders.

3. Since both the parties have agreed to conduct the Festival in a peaceful manner, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner favourably by imposing appropriate conditions. In view of the same, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner favourably for conducting the Drama on the 6th day (07.04.2025) of the Temple Festival scheduled from 02.04.2025 to 11.04.2025 at Uruvatti Shri Periyanayaki Amman Temple, Kalayarkovil.

4. With the above said directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
