ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on petitioner's complaint dated 02.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.03.2016, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 12.04.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
