O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2016, investigate the same and file a final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 14.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 03.03.2016.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
