O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 03.10.2025.

2. Upon perusal of the refusal check slip, it is seen that based on the obstruction petition filed by the petitioner's vendor himself, stating that there is an order in S.A.(MD) No.252 of 2023, the present document was refused to be registered.

3. When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that subsequently, the Second Appeal itself appears to have been withdrawn and if the petitioner re-presents the document along with the withdrawal order of the High Court in the Second Appeal, the same will be appropriately considered.

4. In view thereof, the impugned refusal check slip dated 03.10.2025 is set aside. The petitioner shall re-present the document along with a copy of the order passed in the Second Appeal. Thereafter, the Page No. 2 of 4

same shall be considered in accordance with law by the respondent and final orders shall be passed thereon.
