: Respondent Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.10.2015 and in pursuance to the call letter vide No.j/mnghf-Fkg-eph;-ggp-gp2/459-2014. dated 08.12.2014 issued by the respondent and whereby the petitioner was conducted interview on 23.12.2014 and thereby directing the respondent to issue an appointment order to the petitioner in the post of conductor in the Trichy Division in Kumbakonam (Ltd) Tamil Nadu State Transport of Corporation, within the time frame.

This Writ Petition has been filed by Mr.P.Neelamohan, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider his representation, dated 03.10.2015.
2. The petitioner had applied for the post of Conductor in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Kumbakonam Limited, Trichy Division. Subsequently, he also attended the interview held on 23.12.2014. Therefore, his grievance is, after going through the entire selection process, till date, the respondent has not come forward to announce the result. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent, on 03.10.2015, lowever, finding no response, the petitioner has come to this Court.

3. Mr. D.Sivaraman, who took notice for the respondent would submit that the petitioner ought not to have come to this Court instead, he
could have filed an application under the Right To Information Act, to find out the result. Adding further he would submit that just making a representation four days prior to the date of filing the writ petition, in order to create cause of action, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Be that as it may. The petitioner attended the interview and therefore, he must know where he stands. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
