This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to initiate appropriate actions on the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.01.2022.
2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent police on 13.01.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.
3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter party if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
