O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue legal heir certificate based on the petitioner's application, dated 12.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner has sought for legal heirship certificate for her parents. Her father, N.Rengasamy, died on 09.04.2018 and her mother, Kuppayee died on 20.10.2021. She submitted an application on 12.11.2021 with the third respondent. Since the said application has not been considered till date, she has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.The petitioner has filed documents, which includes the death certificates of her parents. The petitioner has applied for a legal heir certificate for her deceased parents.

W.P.(MD)No.8734 of 2022 petitioner's application is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application, dated 12.11.2021 seeking for issuance of legal heirs certificate for her deceased parents N.Rengasamy, who died on 09.04.2018 and Kuppayee, who died on 20.10.2021, on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other necessary party, whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire including granting them the right of personal hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
