ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.11.2015, enquire the same, file a final report before the Court concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been addressed to the Honourable Chief Minister. In the complaint dated 08.11.2015 and the subsequent representation dated 12.11.2015, it is admitted by the petitioner that a case in O.S.No.114 of 2015 is pending between the petitioner and the opposite party before the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram District.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the complaint and the fact that a civil suit is pending with regard to the property in dispute, it is not a fit case to direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.11.2015. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
