:Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue the Transfer Certificate, 10th, +2 Mark Sheet (Original) and Original Community Certificate of the petitioner's son, namely, I.Ajith to the petitioner forthwith without insisting any fee.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue the Transfer Certificate, 10th, +2 Mark Sheet (Original) and
Original Community Certificate of the petitioner's son, namely, I.Ajith to the petitioner forthwith without insisting any fee.
2. Heard Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Mr.N.Dilipkumar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.V.Meenakshisundaram, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

When the writ petition was pending, the third respondent herein had handed over only the original certificates of the petitioner's son, namely, I.Ajith containing the 10th and 12th Higher Secondary mark statements as well as the Community Certificate to the petitioner herein. Since the petitioner had not received the Transfer Certificate, the learned counsel for the third respondent sought for further time to produce the Transfer Certificate of the petitioner.
4. Today when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had received the transfer certificate also and as such there are no other certificates pending with the third respondent herein.
5. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has received all the original certificates, namely, the Transfer Certificate, 10th, 12th Higher Secondary mark sheet and Community Certificate of the petitioner's son, namely, I.Ajith. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. If at all the respondents are of the view that there are some fees due from the petitioner herein, it is open to them to work out their remedies in accordance with law. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the alleged arrears due. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
