This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2016 as well as accident register dated 25.02.2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered on 14.02.2016 in Crime No.24 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 342, 323, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., on the file of the Ulagampatti Police Station, Sivagangai District, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.
