Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed 1/3

on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2682 of 2024 dated 21.02.2024. 2.Considering the antecedents and the quantity of the minerals, this Court has imposed a condition, directing to the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-. Now the petitioners have come forward that they are not in a position to pay the amount of Rs.50,000/-.

3.Considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court ought not to have granted any relief to them. Now, the petitioners seek further indulgence. This Court is not inclined to entertain the same.
