ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) Challenging the impugned notice dated 01.10.2015 issued by the first respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the land in S.No.104/7B in Bickshandarkoil Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District. However, the first respondent has issued notice alleging that the petitioner has encroached the land which is meant for panchayat road. 3.We do not find any reason to interfere with the notice issued by the first respondent except to direct the petitioner to submit his explanation to the notice dated 01.10.2015 within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, no coercive steps shall be taken by the authority concerned.

4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
