ORDER
In Crl.R.C.(MD)No.152 of 2019 has been filed as against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.226 of 2018 dated 05.01.2019 in M.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti.

3.Admittedly, the petitioner is working as a Driver in the State Transport Corporation and he is receiving reasonable salary. Now these revision petitions have been filed as against the order of attachment of 2/4
salary and the order of maintenance of Rs.4,000/- each to the respondents. The said sum of Rs.4,000/- is very meagre and admittedly the first respondent has no other source of income. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below and these revisions are liable to be dismissed.
3.Accordingly, these Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.06.2023 sji NCC : Yes/No Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No To 1.The District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti.
