ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant that has been issued against the second respondent by the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Thoothukudi.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the above said criminal case, which was registered under Sections 419, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of IPC altered to 120(B), 419, 420, 423, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC and Section 82 of Registration Act.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the case has been split up against the second respondent, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued some three months back and the first respondent has not taken any steps so far to secure the accused.

4. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent and would submit that within a period of three months, the first respondent would take steps to secure the second respondent and to that effect, direction may be issued.

5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the second respondent by the Special Court for Land Grabbing Cases, Thoothukudi and produce her before the said Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
