Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to redeem the Church from 6 to 8th respondents and gave police protection to the petitioner and other Pastors by considering the petitioners representation dated 17.08.2015. The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondents to redeem the Church from respondents 6 to 8 and give police protection to the petitioner and other Pastors by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2015.

2.The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the respondents 6 to 8 are trying to construct a temple by encroaching the Government land opposite to the church constructed by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the respondents on 17.08.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.We do not express any opinion on the merits of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2015 except to direct the authorities concerned to look into the matter and dispose of the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that if any third party including respondents 6 to 8 will be affected by the nature of the relief sought for by the petitioner or by any order to be passed, the authority shall hear such person to avoid allegations of violation of principles of natural justice.

4.The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
