This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.Aa2/2375/2012, dated 25.11.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to co-operate with the petitioner for the smooth running of the panchayat to render proper and necessary service to the village people.

2. It is common knowledge that the posts of President, Vice President, etc., are no more in existence and therefore, this Court is of the view that no further order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
