RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.21/2021 dt.24.02.2021 for the petitioner. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SENTHIL MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21 of 2021. dated 24.02.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.21 of 2021, dated 24.02.2021 is modified to the effect that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3703 of 2021 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
