ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is the wife of one V.Karuppasamy. The said V.Karuppasamy was a temple employee. He retired in the year 2008. He passed away in the year 2015. The petitioner seeks payment of family pension. A scheme appears to have been framed recently in this regard. In any event, the learned Standing Counsel for the temple informs the Court that the petitioner's case has been recommended. The first respondent is directed to pass an order on the petition mentioned proposal for conferment of the family pension of the petitioner within a period of six weeks. I do not see any difficulty for the first respondent to give his approval. In any event, the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
