75 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 66(A) of Information Technology Act, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that earlier this Court dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2632 of 2016 on 12.02.2016.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation against this petitioner and there is no change in facts circumstances warranting interference of this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
